If you had it in your watch list or know the item number, then yes, the deleted listing can be recalled, as it should remain on ebay's server for at least 60 days after it has ended.

If you can recall any main words in the ad, type it in your search box and then after the search items come up, look on the left side and then tick 'completed listings'. That should show completed listings from the last month with those words, so you can probably find the old ad that way.
