I sent my first email within 25 days of purchasing item, I was sent back a reply stating "item had been posted and please paitently wait" which I did.  When I had still not received the item I sent another email.  The reply I received stated "we have shipped the item, if you do not receive item within 60 days also did not contact us, we will not assume any responsibility, because we are no longer reserved shipped outside the period of the evidence, we can not find any items".

My first correspondence was within the 60 day period, or is the 60 day period from the time I sent first email?

Please advise.

Do not wait for than 45 days!

Open a case of Item not received against this seller via eBay or PayPal.

When you've opened a case, the seller will have another extra 20 days to deliver your item.

This will protect you from any money loss. I would look to start opening a case by 40 days!

Although your seller may be kind and trustworthy, you need to protect yourself as well.
