Hi Marbarb0......... This is a forum for other ebay users such as yourself. You are not contacting ebay through the forums. Ebay have specific policies for removing feedback and it includes things such as profanity, feedback left which mentions official disputes, feedback extortion violations, feedback left in error and meant for another seller etc. It is very rare that ebay remove neg. feedback. The Neg. you have recieved does not appear to breach ebays feedback policy and they would be unlikely to remove it. You could try to sort out any issues with your buyer and then send them a feedback revision request. This would be your best chance of having it removed.
