Perhaps you need to change your ID ...........Unhappy_chappies.\
If you are going to complain about things like that maybe ebay is not for you.
I don't think the seller deserves a neg for that. You knew the price when you bid. You got your item in one piece I presume.

I can not believe the number of people trying to defend a postage pirate
.
No wonder ebay is getting such a bad name
.
It is very simple ... they ripped you off on postage
.
Leave a big red dot ...
.
Which they deserve!
.
And it might deter them ripping off some other poor unsuspecting buyer
.
.

they certainly do not deserve a red dot or even a neutral
was the item as described?
was the postage as quoted?
did they email you when you queried the postage?
It seems yes, to all.
if you feel strongly about the postage, you can ding their postage stars, as suggested above.
off topic: IMO too many gun happy posters! leave a neg for this! leave a neg for that! obliterate the seller! destroy their selling ability! just because you can. A little kindness wouldn't hurt.

The seller responded and said yes it was 2.10 plus 50cents for the envelope, it is a skinny wallet
This is what the listing stated - don't think the seller was completely honest IMO

Having said that, I would also note that you got your item undamaged
and the seller answered your query.
I would just ding their stars on postage and handling charges

Oh well come the 6th May it will stop all the buyers whinging about postage component of a sale LOL
Perhaps that was one reason they are changing it.

If listing said parcel post, then to me the buyer did not get what they paid for. Sounds like the seller whacked some stamps on a plain envelope and sent it off the cheapest way (would that be 3 x 70c stamps?). An honest seller would refund the difference or a good part of it I suppose...

Luckily, postage cost will not be a dingable category soon. I'm not sure if stars will still be able to be left, but they won't count towards seller performance.

hahahaha, I read that as dingleberry
