I wish to open a request with the seller on suppling item that was advertised

I purchase item on the 1st December 2018. A incorrect item was sent to me, which I returned. I  had a message from the the seller to say on the 10th december to say they sending the correct order, but this has not happened. They now wish me to pay more for the items than was advertised, after sending another incorrect item, which i need to return. Please refer to all messages to and from REMOVED. The returns are costing me money, which I have no refund.

I'm not having much luck with that item number so hard to advise.  You say you returned incorrect item, did you send by tracked means and did you open an Ebay dispute or just converse with seller.  Where were the items coming from?

As bear says we cannot help a lot as just members like you here.

Seller is registered in the UK

Seller shows as Australia and item is oil filter.

If you haven't opened an official ebay dispute, there's not much chance of getting a refund.

The item should have been returned via tracked method through the dispute system.

Always return through the system as seen in your purchase history.

You are not communicating with ebay here, just other members.

Nope.  Seller has an au on the end.  They're based in Qld.

OP bought 2 oil filters

Item number worked for me.

Only going off the seller as they are named in OP's post, was and still is showing as in UK I went off this rather than the item number

Mine shows as Australia but then a few hours looking at the screen and I start seeing things differently and also the keyboard fails to show words how I thought I typed them.
