INSTEAD OF FEEDBACK ,WHICH IS INACCURATE , SHOW HOW MANY DISPUTES AGAINST THE COMPANIES, FORACCURACY

IF EBAY WAS SERIOUS ABOUT , HELPING & PROTECT / FOREWARN THEIR BUYERS , THEY SHOULD ALSO DISPLAY HOW MANY DISPUTE ACTIONS HAVE BEEN TAKEN AGAINST EACH & EVERY COMPANY / DEALER / DISTRUBTOR . AS FEEDBACK ONLY SHOWS PEOPLES PAST PURCHASES , AS YOU CANNOT FORESEE THE TRUE HONESTY OF THE COMPANY , ON THE PURCHASE YOU HAVE JUST MADE . SO IN ABOUT A MONTHS TIME WHEN YOU DO OR DO NOT RECEIVE  &  OR RECEIVE A DODGY PRODUCT THE PAST FEEDBACK IS COMPLETELY USELESS . WHEN THIS TIME COMES YOU HAVE TO FIGHT TO OR LODGE A DISPUTE & THEN IF YOU ARE SUCCESSFULL WAIT ABOUT 3 BLOODY WEEKS TO GET YOUR OWN MONEY BACK . I PERSONALLY HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH 40% OF SELLERS & OR PRODUCTS ON EBAY. SO IF ANYONE ELSE IS IN THE SAME BOAT , & I RECKON THERE IS PLENTY , BECAUSE THE EBAY & PAYPAL PHONES ARE ALWAYS SO BUSY , WE SHOULD ALL STAND UP & RESPOND . COME ON EVERY ONE IF WE ALL STAND UNITED AS A LARGE UNHAPPY MOB  & MAKE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS MATTER , EBAY MAY RESPOND AND WE MAY ALL GET RESPECT , SATISFACTION & A POSSITIVE OUTCOME FOR ALL THOSE BUYERS OUT THERE.

When you are a newby you think that 97% is really good but on eBay it is a warning that you might have a bad experience.

Look at the sellers feedback & see how many negs & for what problems they have for a month or 6mth & decide if you want to risk your $ on them.

Most experienced buyers have a figure of 99.7%  or higher on a high volume seller,as a guide for finding a safe purchase.

 

As springyzone said,never leave fb until you have the item.fb for a seller is buyer leverage to make sure you get the item or a replacement if it doesn't arrive or if it  has a problem.

Msg the seller before leaving fb if there is a problem.Most sellers will be happy to resolve it.If you leave a neg,seller also gets a defect & has less/no incentive to fix the problem for you.

 

If the seller doesn't solve a problem with a purchase,start an ebay or PayPal claim to get your $ back,then you can leave appropriate feedback.Since you order cheap items from China take the longer,up to 35 days postage time into account before you start a claim for Item not received.
