Purchased an item from a Melbourne based seller. Ad states item in Melbourne and 2 in stock.
With delivery of 7 days.
3 days after sale, I received an email from the seller advising that the item is not in stock and will have to come from supplier taking at least another 5 days before it will be dispatched.
Listing still shows item in stock and available in Melbourne.
Anything I can do about this?

IF your item ever arrives, which I have doubts on anyways, leave appropriate feedback to warn others. Or you could ask for a mutual cancellation.

If you are happy to wait then wait for it to arrive or ask for a refund and leave feedback to advise others seller sells items not in stock.
