Introducing Community Guides to eBay.com.au Discussion Boards

I'd like to let you know about some new members of the eBay Discussion Board Team.

We are pleased to be introducing Community Guides. You may see them posting around the boards with the prefix "CmtyGuide" on their name. I hope you will make them feel welcome.

Community Guides are being introduced to make the eBay.com.au Discussion boards easier to navigate. They may be found posting on the boards from time to time, offering help and guidance on where the best place to obtain the information you're looking for is. While they will post, Community Guides will not be joining in discussions, they are simply here to facilitate the user experience by guiding those with questions to the knowledge they seek.

Regards
Michelle

It's been nearly 8 years. When is one of these guides going to make an appearance?

If old, irrelevant threads were locked, people wouldn't be able to drag them up to the top of the list.

if michelleoz had listened to members done as promised these old threads that keep showing up would not be able to be resurrected.

Wasn't there anything older to resurrect?

Does anyone remember any Community Guides ever making an appearance on the boards?

There have been countless promises made / members concerns "to be looked at" SLR, but very very few actually acted on.

Sadly that appears to be the norm for eBay's action on members posts to eBay's reps...............

How can they justify ignoring members who are far more aware of the problems with eBay than eBay employees are themselves.
