Is anyone heard that e-bay not refund to the buyer because the tracking postage no full address give

Hi,

I get a problem with ebay, I bought a handbag but it is not like the seller described so I returned this item to the seller,  seller told me ebay automatically reversed the payment already once I put the case opened.  E-bay give me a hardship because when I sent this bag to the seller given address, e-bay said the tracking number without any address given, they don't make a refund to the buyer?  It is possible to do that? The buyer did open a case from post office to get the detail postage document but it may take few day to processing, e-bay need the buyer must get the things done today.  I really feel disappointed with e-bay members.  Even I discuss with the team member, the team member just keep saying must send it today, otherwise no refund given.  What was happened with ebay?

It sounds as if you did not correctly go through the return proceedure. You first open a reuest to return because the item is not as described, if the seller agrees or ebay find in your favour the seller will be told to pay the cost of the return postage either by sending you a return label or providing the cost of the return. The instruction to return will include the address the parcel must be sent to if no label is provided. Once you send to that address and enter the tracking number you should get your refund.

If you did not get the return address through an ebay message then I suspect you will be unable to get a refund but tr ringing ebay and discussing it woth them.

sounds like a buyer complaining about ebay without going through the correct process
