Is eBay having financial problems? I’m waiting to be refunded 5 weeks later.

eBay awarded a refund to me after I returned an item to the seller. After 4 calls to Customer Service due to the refund not forthcoming, I was given the reassurance each time that the refund would take a couple of days but nothing materialised. I'm pretty fed up with their nonchalance and being fobbed off time after time. What's going on with eBay?

eBay doesn't sell anything, you buy from other people.

The seller is the one to refund and it will go back to the funding source.

Check your credit or debit card if you paid using one of those through PayPal.
