no it is not ok.
That being said we are not ebay police - let them do their own dirty work.
Seller is probably feeling very frustrated and angry at a non-paying buyer, maybe they cool down and change the listing in a while.

Which is why so many bad sellers are able to remain on eBay......
I went in now for the hell of it to see how to report a listing, guess what - a listing, such as this one the OP has highlighted, has indeed got no 'correct' reporting reason.
Had to laugh, no option to detail 'other reason' orto be specific - nothing, no wonder the doozies get away with things.
Good luck to them I guess, eBay certainly don't seem to give a flying............

Hi GC.
I managed to by using the mention of another eBayer's ID - the non paying last bidder.

Looks like it is gone. If I were a buyer I would hit the back button pdq if I saw such unprofessional behaviour from a seller and other sellers are unlikely to see it so what is the point?.
It says in this book I am reading that by 2065 80% of women will be overweight.
See what a trendsetter I am?

Went to :
Report Item.
Listing Practices.
Innapropriate Item Description.
Publish Contact Information.
Just checked the item number again - think it has gone.
