Is there any way to find out if I have purchased from a certain seller before?

A couple of years ago I bought some earrings.  I want to buy more of the same, and I think I've found the same item from the same seller... can I check to see if I have?

Your purchase history ion ebay goes back to 2012 (3 years), so check your archives

otherwise, maybe a search in the PayPal archives? Not sure how long they keep stuff for

OR

some sellers keep meticulous records, message this seller and ask them. I am often surprised by sellers commenting "good to see you again etc"

Paypal keeps their records forever.....I can access my private transactions that predate ebay by several years and I have been on ebay for 8 years.

Yes, thank you everyone.  I looked at eBay, but I could only  see 2012-present, so thats less than 3 years.  I looked on paypal and I found I had purchased from the same seller in 2009!  same item (and the price hasn't gone up much either!)  🙂
