Is there still alive chat service on ebay?

I once used a service where I chatted directly with an ebay employee to resolve an issue/ get advice about a transaction.  can anyone tell me if this service is still offered?  I assume not as I cannot locate anything like it...

Yes, click on Customer Support in the top menu and then the Contact eBay tab. Follow the links to select the most appropriate topic and details will be displayed to either phone, email or chat.

After you click on contact eBay select one of the options that work.

Eg: Finding items to buy under Buying or Listing Items under Selling or one of the other options that alllows you to get the:

Chat with us

7:00 AM to 11:00 PM (Australian Eastern Time, 7 days a week)

If you have a problem with a transaction you are more likely to get the correct advice asking here rather than contacting ebay.
