This is the original sherri hill 2970, it has different shaped rhinestones and there are more of them (links below)
This is the dress I was sent, it has oval shaped rhinestones and there are only two rows on the top

I also have a pictures that shows where the stitching has not been trimed and looks messy.

The dress was described as the exeact 2970 Sherri hill in pink and the seller used the first picutre I posted of the authentic dress in pink, is that enough proof?

UPDATE: Sherri hill have confirmed via e-mail that the dress is fake and have immediately reported the seller for copyright infringement.

Looking at the number of dresses sold if they are all counterfeit that seller is going to face a huge bill if the company sue them for copyright infringement, that is of course if they really are in Australia as they state!
