Issues paying with giftcards

HI there 

I have a giftcard in my account and while it worked well yesterday, today it is not working whatever I try to buy. 

Anybody else with issues when giftcard being used to pay?

If you use the same eBay account - the same gift card will appear for future purchase as long as there is balance in it.

If you use a guest account, I'm worry that it's an issue of it as if it's a different account. 

Another reason is you try to buy it different site, for example ebay.com.au gift card won't work with ebay.com one.

It was a technical issue at eBay that persisted for a couple of days and affected many users. I talked to a customer rep and they explained the issue to me. 

After a few days they got back to me confirming it works again.
