Hi all
I bought an item thinking it was in Australia due to the item location saying NSW Australia- however then they message me and say it will need to clear customs and that its coming from its overseas warehouse.
I tried to cancel the order however the seller had changed it to shipped straight after purchase which means i am unable to cancel the transaction
I have contacted them and requested a cancellation however they wont agree to cancel it instead continue to ignore my request.
I have reported the item but dont believe anything will happen.
Any advice on what to do next???

It's a common tactic by the Chinese. What is the ETA on the item? Do you have the item number for the listing?
