Item never arrived

I paid for an item From <REMOVED> ( 2787 in july and never got it. What i did get were enough emails offering to re-post it until the paypay limit of 45 days was passed...i have since been advised by someone from Ebay to pursue the matter. I gave her fair warning/last chance and she claims to have a tracking number confirming delivery but when i asked for the number so that i can check with my local post ofice she won't give it to me ...

Who advised you to pursue the item after all this time and what did they suggest you do?

Unless you funded your paypal payment with a credit card or Visa debit card there is nothing you can do. If it was funded with a card you can try a chargeback through your bank but as there are time limits there too you may be out of luck.

Has the seller claimed that she has posted you a replacement item recently?

If you they do give you a Aust Post tracking number you can check it online, on AP website.

She has a facebook selling page which took me all of 2 seconds to find so why not post on it re non receipt of your item-might get her attention lol

Interesting, the seller lists item location as Entrancing Tiae Island, Australia. Funny though, after googling it I couldn't find either an Entrancing Tiae Island, or a Tiae Island as existing anywhere.

I'm curious, is it allowed by eBay to list a figment of one's imagination as an item location?

According to her Facebook location, she lives in the middle of South Australia, yet when you check it out with Google Earth, there's nothing there but red desert as far as you can see.

Google Earth obviously didn't take their pics during the wet season... you've never heard of Australia's mythical inland sea? I dare say that's where you'll find Entrancing Tiae Island, she's probably neighbours with Peter Pan at Never Land.

Who are we to argue? After all they do say you'll never ever know if you never ever go... but if you ever do go, make sure to keep a lookout for a ticking 'croc', I think the OP already fell victim to it.

Tracking number  : she claims to have one, but when i asked for it she said she would give it to paypal if required. This was after i asked for it twice !! She claims the tracking number she has confirms delivery to my address..

Oh i found her facebook page when this started, but we all know how easy it is to remove stuff from your own page 😞
