Item not as described - how to appeal

Hi all,
After years of not using eBay, I finally took the plunge and bought a bag I'd been eyeing.
The bag was described as large, however arrived with a receipt from the original retailer with the seller's name and address listing it as 'small'. The price difference is several hundred dollars and it doesn't fit what I wanted it for.
So, I raised this with the buyer who ended up escalating to eBay, saying also that she had sent me photos before my bid. I hadn't made contact with her at all beforehand.
After 3 weeks or so, I got an email from eBay that they had sided with the buyer and found the bag to be as described.
I called eBay that day and an agent told me to expect contact from the relevant team within 48 hours. 3 days ago, I emailed again and still no response from either.
Tomorrow it will be the last day to appeal. Do I hit the appeal button and describe as above, linking to a scan of the receipt, or is there another way to go about it?
Thanks
Michael

Can you post the Item Number here please?

There is a lot more to a Not As Described dispute than what ismon a receiopt, unless that was part of the description.

As far as I can tell, no. Those are definitely the measurements for a large, but I have compared it to a friend's (genuine) large Emile tote and this one is smaller. I haven't actually taken a tape measure to it.

in metric thats aprox depth 15cm   height 34cm    width 27cm    if thats the size ,well its as discribed  in size anyway.

caling something just large can mean a few things , but the seller has put measurements on the listing

I can't measure the bag right now as it's still at my office (where I had it delivered and it has stayed). Completely understand that 'large' can be subjective, however, given the RRP listed is for the specific Emile bag Alexander Wang lists as large, wouldn't that be a misrepresentation?

It would be great if eBay had more transperancy in their decision-making so I could address any specific questions properly.

If you have received a bag with the measurements that are in the listing then you have received the item that is described in the listing and you have no reason for a Not As Described claim.

There is not a lot of difference between the two bags as far as measurements go so you cannot just say it does not "look" large/small.  You must measure it exactly.

If it proves to be small you will need to take photos with a tape measure showing the measurements are different to the listing measurements.

RING ebay and tell them you are appealing and why.   Emails are not much use until you have spoken to someone in these cases.....then you can upload your photos.
