I could be wrong here but my reading of it is that the measurements given in the listing will probably turn out to be accurate, but the seller listed it as the large tote whereas it is actually the small tote.
The first thing the buyer should have done is measure that bag to see if it conformed to the listed measurements.

First step, measure the bag and see if it is the same size as written in the listing description..have you done that yet booboobon?

After 3 weeks or so, I got an email from eBay that they had sided with the buyer seller and found the bag to be as described.
You hadn't measured the bag for the original case?
Measurements in description:
MEASUREMENTS: DEPTH : 6.2 INCHES
HEIGHT : 12.9 INCHES

Just curious as to why you would leave a $600 bag in your office instead of taking it home ?
