Item not received. ebay have deactivated and I am no longer covered by money back guarantee as it's been to long. Seller not responding. What do I do?

If you haven't received an item within the expected timeframe, just open a case.

No need to wait indefinitely (and never let a seller string you along for more time either).

Your next best option is to open a case in Paypal as you have 180 days.
