Dear eBay ,
I bought an item 2 months ago and have not received it yet! The seller is not responding to my questions. I have noticed that the seller is currently re listing the exact item. I'm very upset about this and do not know what to do?

Please help!

Try opening a dispute - drop down menu in your purchases against the item - but you may be out of time, there is a time limit.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you only have 45 days from the sale date to lodge a dispute for non-receipt and that time has well passed by now so there's really not a whole lot you can do. If it's been less than 60 days, you can still leave negative feedback as a warning to others, or you can email the seller and tell him/her that unless you receive your perfume or a refund forthwith, you will be complaining to the police about their obtaining money by deception, and that may put the frighteners on them enough that they refund you (but I wouldn't hold your breath). In future, don't forget that you must act within 45 days or you can essentially kiss your money goodbye.

you have waitd too long to try to get your money back.

for future reference, only buy perfumes on ebay from sellers who quote that they have a Dangerous Goods Licence issued by Australia Post.

your seller may have gone to the PO to send your perfume and found that without a licence she is not allowed to post perfume. 

many new sellers dont know that, and get into all sorts of trouble when they try to post the perfumes.

Of course, she should have refunded your money immediately.

Putney, the seller is in Spain so nothing to do with APs rules.  It could well be a problem with overseas airlines/Dangerous Goods/Australian Customs, but this time we cannot blame Australia Post.
