Item not sent/posted. Do I have to wait until after end of estimated delivery date?

I payed for a item 23 July (China $308), after 11 days this has not been posted.

I have sent the seller 4 messages, but no replies.

It has not been listed as sent.

Do I have to wait until after the Estimated delivery Wed, 12 Aug - Tue, 25 Aug to report?

I am worried they will have their money from PayPal by then and do a runner.

How do I report before the 25th ?

Not all sellers mark items as posted.....quite often they just turn up.

While it is not great that the seller has not answered your messages it does not mean much in the scheme of things.

There is no need to worry about the seller taking their money and running.

If the items do not turn up you will get your refund from paypal and they will worry about recouping their funds from the seller.

Just wait till the estimated delivery time has elapsed.

Oh dear....you bought a piece of exercise equipment from a 0 feedback seller in China who has nothing else for sale and you are worried that it is not marked as being posted?

Did you really expect to ever get anything?

being a new ID and with no previous sales before you might find that the paypal funds you paid will be on hold for 21 days anyway. soon as you can open up a item not received dispute.
