Item not showing up in orders

I was just checking my buying account and yesterday I bought a cheap SD card reader it was only luck I realised so if this did not turn up I would not have a record of buying it, on eBay, so I would not notice. I am not to bothered about the SD Reader it was just a couple of dollars but this could of been a much more expensive item. Is this something that happens often?

I just logged back in and it is now showing in the shopping cart. What makes it a little funnier is if I hover over the bell it was the last item posted so it has been purchased paid and posted... Catch up Ebay lol

Bit of a worry though it would be easy for someone to end up buying 2 instead of 1

eBay had massive issues yesterday.

It is usual if the system fails, that things don't work properly.
