Item "Processing" query.

I have recently bought an item 2 weeks back with the option of expedited shipping which the seller displayed as 5-7 days (working days I presume) from China to Australia on the sale. The conditions include that within 15 days the item should be mailed out after the order is recieved. However they recieved the order a day after I sent it and found it was still being "processed" (after messaging the seller 9-10 days after the order went through). Just wondering if anyone knows a similar situation or any feedback as to what I should do. Also the item goes of sale today and the seller is "away" until 18/2.

P.S I'm new to using eBay so if i'm just being paranoid, correct me.

to remove the thread hit the "Report Abuse" tab in the top right corner of your original post.  From the drop down menu choose "Remove my post".  Don't worry about the "(not recommended)", just choose Remove my post and submit.
