Hi Everyone,
I've never had to do this before but to put it mildly, am upset! I bought on ebay a xbox game for my son for xmas and did the 'buy it now' on 12/12/12 and paid for it on paypal on 13/12/12. The seller did not mark it posted until 20/12/12. Did not receive it in time for xmas, never received it!!. Sent the seller messages, he/she did not respond. Ended up doing up claim dispute via paypal, the seller never responded to their emails either. Only just got my money back today (1/2/13!!!). I would like to put out there about this seller (and buyer) not to be taken in and scammed, just wondering how I go about it.
Thanks for your help!

You leave factual & clear negative feedback for them-no capitals,no name calling etc
OOPS-I see you've already left your neg for them ๐

probably a good thing you didnt get it as its listed as a PS3 game as per photo.
Its not the xbox game
You have put it out there, you have left neg feedback, thats all you can do

Neg could be removed however, you can not mention disputes in feedback. BTW - what more did you want to do to the seller ?

For a dodgy seller, the rack sounds like a good start. X-(

Yes, it takes few weeks for PP to refund; they give the seller time to respond and provide tracking number.
The rule for leaving FB is to be calm professional, and factual. Absolutely no abuse, capital letters or mentioning disputes. As it is, if the seller knows the rules, they can apply to have the NEG removed. What you should have said was something like:
"item not received, no reply to communication"
Let people decide if the want to buy from this person or not after you give the facts.

The trouble with leaving childish, capitalised rants as feedback is that it puts you in a bad light and anyone looking at the seller's feedback will be more inclined to ignore what you have said.
If you hadn't have received it after 2 weeks you could have opened a dispute then and escalated straight away, you would have had your refund 10 days later.
It is hardly the seller's fault you waited so long to get a refund.
You didn't receive, you got a refund, hardly earth shattering.
