Just bought a $271 gift card with $25 value

Hi guys,
Recently I just bought this thegoodguys gift card Description clearly state $271 is the amount.
Called thegoodguys today, told me the amount was only $25 left.
What you guys think I should do with this matters? 
All opinion and helps is appreciated.
Have lodged paypal and report the member to ebay.

I don't even know why people buy a $20 store gift card for $18/$19 (may have to pay a $1 or so postage was well). Maybe they want to give the gift card to a family member/friend as a gift but they don't live near the store to be able to go their and purchase one.

Comes with the risk of being ripped off, card lost in mail (not insurable).

Some major store cards are available as digital cards now via email...so no need to visit the store.

I am sorry you got taken down by this seller but didn't the fact that the amount is written on the back of the card in biro ring any alarm bells? Anyone could do this. Still, live and learn they say
