I have had a lack of seller help in resolving a return item that would not work, Would never buy from this particular company again. I feel like opting out of Ebay, as they generate so many generic options that you get lost in the maze .

Did you open and follow through with the appropriate dispute?
That is the only thing you needed to do
No 'generic options' involved
Buyers have all the power and all the help
By all means opt of eBay, they won't notice
If this was to do with the item you bought from The US, did the listing say it would play in Australia?
Did you open a dispute or just take the seller's word for it they would refund you?

eBay's MBG (see below) makes it really easy for buyers to find solutions to problems.

If the seller doesnt help, Ebay certainly will. If you follow the right process. Wow generic options, just one option, Money Back Guarantee. Simple really
