According to the info page on eBay, the store will hold the package for 7 days and then return to sender, so if they adhere to that strictly, you'd need to pick it up on or before the 31st.
It's important to stress that items which are delivered to the store and not collected but returned to sender, don't qualify for the eBay Money Back Guarantee (your seller may still provide options if that actually does happen, but just wanted to make the info is known now), so probably the safest bet is to contact the store where it is being held and ask if you can make sure the package is held and available to collect when you return.

bigchaser01327, from what I have heard (so bear in mind this is third-party anecdotal), Woolworths and Big W staff resent the whole Click and Collect thing. They have absolutely no obligation to hold your item any longer than they must - quoting, "Your order will only be held in that store for a limited time."
Do you have someone who can pick up on your behalf? When a Click and Collect item is at a Woolworths store, "Someone else can collect your parcel on your behalf, as long as they have your collection code."
