Location preferences

When I search an item, every time I have to change the location preference. Can anyone tell me how to do this permanently? It's most annoying to search "pick up only" items, then find out they are miles away from my preferred location because every time I start a new search, eBay reverts & I have to change location manually. Can anyone help me please?

I have the same issue and can not select my preference.

I tried to get hold of support but nowhere to find contact details for them.

So after a couple of weeks mucking around with this, I have decided not to use ebay anymore as it is so frustrating to say the least.

Has anyone got a solution to all this.
