I purchased an item last month and the seller said that the item was sent on the 27/06. I still haven't received it and when I contacted the seller they said that they will offer me a refund. I ended up being the only bidder and so the item was very cheap. The seller said that they would give me a refund for it but I honeslty believe that this seller didn't want to sell it due to its low price.
When I asked about the item in more detail (ie when was the package sent and how) I got this response:
I sent it using a prepaid satchel. I dropped it off in the mailbox on the corner of lt. Lonsdale and spring st (i dont think this will be helpful at all, but anyway).
Actually it was a registered satchel with tracking, but since i have never had problems with the post before, i threw the tracking number away.. Too bad.
is there anything I can do? maybe report this seller?

If she sent it by the eBay satchel with tracking the tracking number should be in your My eBay, Purchase History, under the item.
If there is a number, you can see what it says on the AP tracking site.
But remember that you only have 45 days to open PP dispute, so start it ASAP. Do not wait for her to refund, sher may be trying to string you past the 45 days cut off.

Well that's it's... If she didn't reply with that comment I would have given them the benefit of the doubt but it's just annoyed me! I just don't want them to give me neg feedback when I didn't do anything wrong
Sellers can not neg buyers and if she leaves you as negative comment with a +ive rating you can report it to ebay, it will be removed and the seller will get a black mark on her ID.

The way I read it was the OP was the one who threw the tracking number away.

see what i'm thinking is if its just a standard 500g satchel (now the blue and red ones) they actually don't tracking numbers right?
Its only the express post ones and the actual registerd ones that do.
Can anyone clarify?

The Blue and Red Parcel Post Plus satchels have a tracking number as well as Click and Send, Express Post and Express Post Platinum.
Though none of these satchels are fully trackable (we don't offer a "live" tracking service), they are all traceable to different degrees.
