Are you for real?
If you need medical equipment you would know there are suppliers in all the major cities or if your need is very specific then your doctor or hospital would have supplied you with names, address, websites and phone numbers. Also items are available through associations related directly to the medical problem you suffer from.
I buy syringes from my local pharmacy for gluing small jewellery items, as I only buy one or two a year I only ever buy a single item at a time but I am sure I could buy a box if I needed the whole box but then if I needed the a box full I would just ring up family and ask for a (free) box.
