I like to know whether rose plant will come in seed?

No, rose varieties are grafted on to a briar type root stock. Grow a rose from seed and it will be feeble and not the variety asked for.

I,ve heard there is some great MULTI COLOURED roses available on ebay. I think someone mentioned something about them didnt they ????
