Hello telee ~
I have just read the entire FAQ on your sellers listing, and its VERY CLEAR to me... so I dont really see what your issue here is!
She posts only on Fridays. You won items on the Monday 25th March, the Friday following was the 29th (Good Friday P/H) which she clearly states that she doesnt post on P/H, so the next Friday following is today.
Just wait until Monday to see if she has post marked your items as posted. If not, gently email her with something along the lines of...
Hello, I am just asking if you managed to post my items on Friday 5th? (as per you FAQ in your listing)
I am eager to receive them.
Thanking you
Telee ~
If she returns with a NO I DIDNT type email, then open an INR(item not received) case from Paypal immediately.
You will get instructions on what to do at each step, so READ it carefully. ๐
Dont close the case until you receive the items, and are happy with each one. Please remember, that as per her FAQ, she may send in recycled packaging with a new garbage bag wrapped and taped as outer layer. ๐ (this is comon practice with some sellers)
Please let us now how you get on.

If information about when the seller posts isn't on the auction's main page where it can easily found it should be and the seller should have told you about it. Don't hesitate to open a Paypal dispute.

The seller has all over her description and mentions frequently, PLEASE READ my FAQ. They are listed at bottom of her listing.
It was very clear to me.

Being rude doesn't impress a buyer though does it ? I haven't read the listing but an apology and being pleasant is more helpful and productive.

Im guessing that due that they are disabled, they dont want people just turning up when she may feel vulnerable. She is also prob peeved due to the fact that people annoy h er with questions being asked that are already clearly noted on each of her listings.
This OP, bought 5 of her items.... so she should have known what was written in the listings anyway!

Wasn't really clear to me. Said 'I Only Post On A Friday (the exception to this is any public or school holidays)' doesn't tell me if they will post on another day instead or not post at all on these days creating a 3 week wait before easter. They also have Estimated within 6-11 business days in their post times which will clearly not happen for this sale. They buyer has a right to be worried. If the seller cannot post for over 3 weeks from the end of an auction then they should not list...in my opinion!

They aren't pick up items Jane.
No tv I advise you to open a dispute. The seller will either post your items soon or you'll receive a refund from Paypal. If you end up receiving the items you an pay the seller back. I wouldn't dare treat a buyer the way you are being treated.
