I ordered two expensive training dog collars and the money has been drawn from my account. I’ve had no communication from the seller and there is no record of the sale in my account so I cannot contact the seller or even report the seller to eBay. I’m trying to get help from customer service but I’m just going around in circles and getting pretty angry. Does anyone know a way to contact eBay and speak to an actual human? Any other suggestions?

If you want to talk to eBay, go to the help page, scroll down to "contact us" and go through all the options until a live chat window appears (during normal business hours).
Are you sure you didn't make your purchase as a guest if there is no record of it?
Or was it perhaps longer than 60 days ago? In that case, change the purchase history range from the dropdown menu.

Very much sounds like you purchased as a guest
Unless you have another account

I don't know if it is a coincidence or only my impression, but it seems to me that lately more people than usual have been buying as guests?
Anyway, if this was the case you might find some help here: https://www.ebay.com.au/help/buying/returns-refunds/returning-item/returning-items-bought-guest?id=4...
