The seller and i have mutually aggreed to cancel a transaction. The seller has sent me the cancel transaction request messaage and they say click on the "Respond now" tab and accept request. But when i click on the "Respond now" tab it just goes to a window that says "case information unavailable". Also when i click on the "Take action" tab i get the same "case information unavailable" window. Why is it doing that? How do i actually accept to cancel the transaction from the sellers request? Cheers

how long ago did the seller send it? cancellation requests time out after a few days (would have to check the Site Map to see how many)
the seller cannot resend, and looses their Money.

OK, After making a phone call(operaters were busy), Sending an email and posting a message, the "Respond Now" tab has suddenly worked. Maybe i'm being scepitical and it was a coinsidence but its been two days, Should have worked the moment i recieved the sellers message......
