My item has not arrived

Hi I purchased an item on Feb 2, 2022 and it has not arrived  cost $208 I have contacted the seller many times  and was assured it was coming , now they are not returning my messages, it was paid with pay pall how do I make a claim . 

On pay pal it says go to ebay , on ebay I cant find were to complain

What was the estimated delivery date?

You don't 'complain' you open a case for item not received , but you only have 30 days past the last estimated delivery date to do so

What does the tracking show? 

In Paypal you have 6 months to open a dispute

But you need to open an eBay first (if the time is not up)

And do not close any case because the seller asks you to

Try to change the default settings for the purchase history to 2022 instead of the last 60 days and see if your purchase is there. You should then be able to open a case from there if it is not 30 days past the estimated delivery date. At any rate, stop communication with the seller and open a case - if it is not possible on eBay. go back to PayPal and send them a message if they keep referring you to eBay.
