whoops, I doubt you will see your refund now.
I'm siorry this has happened to you, but for next time, even if it's the Virgin Mary making you promises, never ever void your Buyer Protection by allowing a transaction to get past the 45 day mark without seeking intervention and resolution.
I bet if there was a PayPal claim, they'd take a small break from their celebrations to sort things out.

Consider buying from an Australian seller in Australia - you get it quicker and probably have far less other issues as well!!!

Hello,
I've just received an email from someone who claims they never received their item which was posted 29/12.
I'm unsure if this is true as they have left feedback on other accounts also saying they've never received the item.
So they have 45 days to file a dispute? I just wondered, as she has contacted me today, which is 48 days since payment.
A little annoying that they took nearly 2 months to tell me, true or otherwise.
Thanks.

It is too late for a paypal dispute the only thing you need to worry about now is whether they funded the payment with a credit card and may do a chargeback through their bank.
