So out of the 5 most recent purchases that I've made, 3 of them I've had issues with - 2 have been fully refunded and I'm still tryng to sort the last one out!
Is this now becoming a common occurence on eBay? Are there actually more unscrupulous sellers out there looking to make a quick buck or is it that just the luck of the draw?
Interested to hear your thoughts?
Before you ask.. I'm 688 @ 100%+P FB. I haven't left negative feedback for these transaction in fear of repriasal and that Negative FB be left for me.
Appreciate your thoughts comments and suggestions.

Why would you be worried about negative feedback? If you have 688 feedback, then you should know that for the last 10 years sellers have not been able to leave buyers negative feedback. You have been around long enough to know that, even if you've never sold anything. It's certainly not been kept a secret.
Stop buying from China. That generally fixes most issues.
Edit: As a buyer saying you have 100% positive feedback means absolutely nothing because that's all you can get.
