My payment for a bought item has come back and eBay has opened a dispute for an unpaid item. How do

I bought an item, made a payment, but a month after the payment came back. Now eBay opend un unpaid item dispute. How do I pay for this item? I can not go back, because there is an icon next to this item that it has been paid.

Contact the seller as they are the only ones who can open an unpaid item case not eBay.

How did you pay for the item? Bank deposit? maybe you put the wrong account number in.It's up to you to find out why the payment came back.

You say it is a month after you paid,so would you not wonder where your item was before now?

If you go to the item in your purchase history - go to the drop down arrow and check 'unmark paid' - then you should be able to proceed to check out again.

Only pay using paypal, and if you still have problems, as narelle has said, contact the seller so they can check the paypal details they have listed are correct.
