New buyer feedback form.

Buyers have a new feedback form which isn't much different to the old one but will it change any buyer

perceptions?

There is also a comments box to the right of the feedback box,(not shown in pic):

Off course all my stored comments have disappeared,(so one of my comments to them related to that).

Hopefully we will get them back and they make them easier to store or remove.

ps: there are only 3 star columns showing as the item I left feedback for had free postage.

Why? Why change it?

Lost all my comments. The new form does not save comments - certainly not when I tried it. And it will not let you proceed without leaving comments. Why???

Get some developers who actually live in the real world.

Keep up this unprofessional work and all the comments will be "X"

That's if, with the loss of previous comments to be able to be added, members even bother to leave FB......................

Another backward step by eBay in my eyes.
