Just a quick query, I was looking at some postcards and the seller had on their listing ' Bank deposit or cash on pick up only
No PayPal. No PayPal'
I did report (because I was feeling like a busy-body-prefect that day :^O ) but nothing has been done.
Don't ebay really care anymore?

All the reports go to a queue and it often takes a long time before anybody gets to them.

Regarding this seller...there is no other 'safe' means of payment (for the buyer) The seller has 3 feedback but appears to be familiar to ebay, I have found that most newby's are hesitant in putting strict terms in their listings.
This is most of the sellers listing:
Practically give away at the starting
Price good luck bid early and I'll list more
Bank deposit or cash on pick up only
No PayPal. No PayPal
If you don't like the payment or postage terms it's simple don't bid
Non payers reported
Now that's said feel free to ask questions
Watch or bid and don't miss out

Yep, incorrect grammar is as good a reason as any to run away :^O

No, having complicated TOS does not mean the seller is experienced; many new members simply copy TOS from somebody else.
Why not give us the heading of one of this seller's items?

Am I allowed to do that? I don't want to violate any board rules

Yes, you can put the item exact title, NO number or member ID.
