I purchased an item from a seller with a name that indicated they were an Australian seller but turned out to be from the UK.
My fault for not checking.
However, they have left feedback and also indicated it was sent on July 18th. Delivery was estimated at August 3rd.
It has not come, I have contacted them 3 times already but they don't reply.
They have lots of good feedback.
I needed the item today.:|
So, what to do? Any advice appreciated.

Really? Must be some interesting accents there...
When I went over and first met my mothers family, I couldn't understand what they were saying, it was like they were speaking another language!
My OH is from Plymoth

they do like their summer holidays
Oh very funny Lyndal, do you mean that 3 days without rain we had last week :_|:_|:_|:_|:_|:_|:_|:_|:_|:_|
Most of the sellers I have dealt with pack up for 1-2 weeks and decamp to sunnier shores. My Scottish friend is off to the Canaries just after Christmas and a friend from London took herself off to France to escape the Olympics crowds.:^O
I gather the 3 days without rain is the reason that most of them do it.:^O

I don't have much trouble with the Scottish dialects, fast Glaswegian is a but difficult mind, but the folk who live in the west of my own county are a bit hard to work out sometimes lol. I am originally from Newcastle so having been brought up listening to Geordie speak anything else is pretty clear.
I know a vet who lives in Plymouth.
Lyndal before I started coming to Australia I used to have at least three overseas holidays a year, one exotic trip to somewhere in the Caribbean, a couple of weeks in Turkey or Cyprus and another one anywhere there was a last minute bargain going lol.

Today I escalated the paypal claim. I am so disappointed as I have preferred the seller contact me and we work something out.
Do I leave feedback (after the pay pal decision) or not at all?
This is the first time this has happened to me.

Feedback is voluntary and is supposed to reflect your opinion of the transaction.
Pj would tell you to neg them because you had to open a dispute. I prefer not to advise people on what feedback, if any, to leave.

I don't advise anyone about what feedback to leave, I just tell 'em what I do.
Refund without having to open a dispute pos
Have to open a dispute but not escalate a neut
Have to escalate to a claim or have to pay to send back a not as described item and it is a neg.
