Hello everyone!
A couple of hours ago, I tried to buy some Nikes. I used Google Pay, but upon clicking pay was told 'your payment has not been processed. Use a different payment method instead'. I tried my credit card - same message. I made sure my details were correct - same message. Tried 5 mins later - same message. In the end I just used the app with a different account and the transaction went through fine.
But then I checked my bank account and found that I've been charged twice (over $300) with several other temporary hold charges! Yet my original eBay account shows no transactions. How do I cancel/refund these orders if they've never showed up through eBay and weren't confirmed to begin with?!
