No response from Seller

The Seller is not responding to any of my 3 emails re Giantz 65CC Pole Chainsaw Petrol Saw Chain Tree Pruner Extended Spark Plug 5 M AU $170.97. I think it kay be a false listing or scam

If you're concerned then don't but from them, they show no completed listings so there's a red flag.

Giantz are very poor quality anyway, you'd be better of going with a trusted power tool from Husqvarna or Stihl.

If you want advice from other members you will need to provide relevant information.

Did you actually order it? If not, the seller has no obligation to respond to numerous emails. I wouldn't.

Have you received it? If not, open an Item Not Received Case, if that is an option.

Did you receive it and it was not what was advertised? If so open a Not as Described case. Noting that as described, but not what you expected doesn't count.

So many questions I know, but you are seeking help from other members even after violating board policies re naming other members.

I realise you've only been a member of eBay for 20+ years, so might not have got your head around how eBay works.

If you want to report a listing, this isn't the place. This is a message board for the general public, we are not ebay.

I would not be responding to emails either, communication is suppose to be via eBay messages only

You are also not allowed to name and shame on the forum

If you have bought the item, and there is a problem, spamming the seller will do nothing

You need to open and follow through with the appropriate dispute, within the time limit

If you have not bought it, then don't buy it

Nothing other members can do if you have not done what you need to do

Do you mean emails or messages through the ebay system? Some people use the terms interchangeably but they are 2 very different things.

If you mean you have sent 3 messages via ebay messages and have had no response to any of them, that is a giant red flag, move on, don't buy from them.

Any reputable seller on ebay would get back to you within 24-48 hours to at least answer one of your messages. If they don't respond to a potential sale, then imagine if you bought the item and had a problem, do you think they would respond and give you good service? Not a hope.

You can report a listing to ebay if you think it is a scam or a problem with seller.

Personally, I wouldn't buy that sort of product on ebay anyway, as you'll no doubt want a warranty and the warranties offered on ebay are usually worthless, can't be enforced. Buy froma  proper shop.

If you haven't already purchased, I highly recommend you don't
