What can i do about not recieving an paid item, numerous bad amounts of feedback were placed but I am frustrated and don't want this to happen to anyone. Can't file a dispute because no tracking id or transaction id please help? Thank-you in advance 🙂

if you paid for an item, and did not receive it, you have 45days to file a claim with paypal.
whether or not the item has a tracking number has nothing to do with you the buyer, just open the dispute, escalate to a claim and let paypal and the seller worrry about tracking numbers.
the buyer will always get a refund from paypal if the seller cant provide the tracking.

If it is the DVD from Victoria you must have paid with paypal as that is all the seller accepts other than cash on pickup.
You are still within the time limit for a paypal claim so go ahead and start it now.
Why did you leave feedback without starting a claim?

In order to open a dispute with PayPal, just go to your eBay summary, select the item and then under More Actions select Resolve a Problem. It will take you through the process step by step.

Wow - high on under achievement that one - OP - please do the claim thru paypal, seller will not even notice your feedback, most likely assumes Red is for First Prize
