And I should know better, so please don't point that out!
I purchased a clothes hanger rack thing, and left feedback before I opened the box 😞 Stupid I know!!
Now I find there are some parts missing meaning it is simply unusable.
I have emailed the seller to ask if they are able to offer me the replacement parts - I don't like my chances but is there anything else I could do given I have left feedback? I am not worried if I have to write it off as a stupid mistake as it was under $40, just wasn't sure if I have any options now.

well your option is to return it via a PayPal not as described Dispute, (you pay the return trackable postage), but that may be an 'expensive' lesson.
just hope the seller can source you the missing part.

I was not sure I could open a dispute with paypal, doesn't seem to be that option anymore in the dropdown box in my ebay? I am hoping that may be able to send me the missing parts (only small), but as I said, I will write it off if it becomes too much of a drama - and won't be so stupid again!

thats good Talia, I checked their listings and they look like a good, professional seller, so I didnt think you'd not get the part

They were very apologetic and said they would send them out straight away.
