Click on it, it will then pop up how.
normally, you will have an email with a discount code, that you need to enter at checkout,
this Sunday, there is a 15% offer where some people get 25%...you should check if you will only get that this Sunday.

Hi, First go to the listing and look in the postage tab to see if the seller has set up his/her postal discounts.
As I have mine set to: On my other sites Spend $32.00 or more in one tranaction, Postage is free standard rate without tracking
and in my descriptions I state 95% percent postal discounts on extras added wthin one tranaction if under $32.00
Offering Voucher discounts is against eBay listing policys I am sure. But please correct me if I'm wrong thanks

eBay offers discount vouchers from time to time, but sellers don't...if there is a dollar sign sounds like an eBay promotion.
sellers can discount items but then that is shown clearly as the price, no voucher codes needed, just a fixed reduction.

Hello,
If you hold your mouse over the 'My Ebay' at the top centre, slightly to the right, the drop-down box should show a list and at the bottom it will say COUPON. If you click this it will give you your 25% code that should last till 30th June. I hope this makes sense!
