How does the seller know it was received?

Is there tracking etc to indicate as such?

If the seller is unhelpful, and you are sure it was not received

ie - have you checked the post office? checked with other members of the house hold?

here is what you can do

a) call Aus Post - they may tell you that the seller needs to do this though, but give it a try - give them the tracking number and tell them you have not received it

b) If you paid by PayPal - open up an Item not received case. If the seller cannot provide proof of post and tracking, you will be refunded.

If he can, tell them you did not receive it - they will likely ask you for a stat dec or a written statement signed by a JP, and may make a discretionary payment tot you.
