Just curious what eBay does about someone who continues to sell items (albeit at a very low price)but never actually sends the items. She has only got 5 transactions....all negative for the same problem. Looks like we have all lodged claims, just wondering if anything will happen to stop her re offending?

Do you have an item number ?

More to the question- when will people learn to check feedback, obviously -5 is not a good rating!

Absolutely appalling. This is a classic example where Ebay should just step in and cancel the account. They are most likely to start another though. ๐

Oh my goodness!
I have NEVER seen a negative 5 member!
surely something must have gone wrong?
They have all happened in the same week.... sales on same day - May 18, and no online activity since then in that account, anyway
Maybe they died - that has happened before.....
Or maybe they have already abandoned that account and opened another.....

Good point about the May 18th part, it is hard to blame the OP or any of the others that made a transaction in this case.
I myself though have never bought from a seller with no feedback whatsoever, to do so would be looking for trouble for me. I would much rather pay more for the item from a different seller of forget the item altogether. Each to their own.
Looks like all but one seems to be getting refunded, but after reading the other feedback I am pretty sure that last buyer would have clued on (if not already onto PayPal). Not much harm done in this case but I agree something needs to be done about these sellers.

Could be a genuine problem with the account holder I think as Crikey said.
I mean, if you are going to scam people for money, you would think you would make it worth your while - the idea is to sell a few big ticket items, quick as you can and run - little bitty amounts like that wouldn't be worth the effort or risk..
