I stopped using ebay a while ago because of sellers from china ripping me off nad not sending me my items dragging it out over the 30b- 45 days that i can make a dispute.
Now here is why again i am very dissapointed in ebay.
I won a bid the rude seller msgs me says she doesn't want to sell me the items. After trying to reson with her warn her i will be reporting her i got nowhere.
After some advice from so other members i went ahead and reported the seller.
Only to be told i should cancel the transaction. If i do not i could be hit with a refusing to pay dispute.
Now here i am doing the right thing but as it seems ebay would prefer to protect the person who is doing the wrong thing they said to me i can't tell you what will happen to the selller it could be a warning it could be a suspension.
So frustrated with this system and now i have another seller from china not sending me my items. So so so sick of ebay.
I don't know how you guys put up with this rubbish. The operater i spoke to was rude and unhelpful.
Its any wonder that they are still around the way the run their business. We as consumers should'nt put up with this. If a department store ripped you off you would not stand for it but why does ebay get to.
Get your act together ebay. before you loose more and more sellers and buyers.
can't be bother with ebay no more.

You as the buyer can not cancel a sale it must come from the seller, If you have paid give it NO MORE than 40 days to arrive then open a dispute if it does not arrive. If the seller requests a Mutual Cancellation then "Refuse" do no,t i say again DO NOT just ignore it. You must REFUSE or the seller will get their fees back.
If you have not paid already then do so ASAP via PayPal and then wait the 40 days.

Lets get one thing straight; **** is not your mum, they arent here to look after you. They are a Corporation, do you know what you get when you do a psycological profile on a Corporation? A psycopath, thats what.
There is no support, no 'fair play' no rules that are enforced except the ones that pertain to the income of ****.
The crook in China generates a fat stream of income for **** do you think they will take your side in dispute?
To be fair, **** hates everyone, not just buyers; they hate little sellers too and are constantly looking for ways to diddle them out of every possible, ever increasingly difficult dollar there is to be made, therein lies our only consolation, only when there is serious competition by way of a rival site (that isnt owned by **** too) will any semblence of fairness and equity come about. Monopolies breed over powerful and corrupt people as do dictatorships. One has to wonder why no one has started 'cbay', perhaps someone has and went the same way people do when they obstruct entities like Shell, etc.
Food for thought...............

Did someone from ebay tell you this ?
It's final value fee credit abuse / unpaid item abuse and against the rules.
Not Allowed
A seller who refused to complete the sale opens an unpaid item case.

I don't buy as much from ebay as I used to-there are a lot of competing daily deal sites these days. But all the same, i don't have a lot of trouble when I do buy.
My main advice to you would be
-if you are constantly having trouble with Chinese sellers, don't buy from them. I have only bought once from China and my transaction went well, but the seller had a great rating. I do believe though that local sellers are better as far as peace of mind goes because postage times are shorter. You know sooner if there is a problem. I don't know what items you are buying, but if you are having constant hassles with a particular line, then give China a miss.
-if you pay for an item and it doesn't arrive within 35- 40 days, I would be putting in a claim for an item not received. I would not care what the seller said or where they came from, I would cover myself.
-and if you pay for an item via paypal, if the seller doesn't send it, you can lodge a claim against them. You'll get all your money back and you can give them negative feedback. I would.

I wonder if it is a problem with the kind of items you are trying to purchase.
Some items are naturally picked up by scammers as good scams to run.
If something is too good to be true, it's often not true.
Some items are natually sold by inexperiences sellers who don't realise how set up auctions that won't pay them enough.
What are you trying to buy?
